A brightly coloured tag to keep me you in the summer spirit...
The paper background is Photoplay Tropical Garden.
I stamped the parrot from the Feathered Friends Mini 24 Stamp set, building the layers in different colours of ink and die-cut it with the matching die.
I layered the parrot on top of tropical leaves and flowers (die set from The Works) and added dots with Wendy Vecchi/Ranger Enamel Accents.
