Fabric bag for Easter

I'm not a great one for sewing, embroidery or any kind of needlework but, needs must, and I had a call for a cross-stitch panel and decided to place it on a drawstring bag.

If you're like me, sewing challenged, I'll just say don't bother making your own bag and pick one up already made! And I would have done as the Craft Barn has them on sale here but I needed a specific colour...

Dies:
Tattered flowers Bigz (Sizzix), Marianne Design and 3 Small Flowers #87(All occasion dies)

Hop on over to the Craft Barn blog for my decorating ideas for fabric bags! You may need these to wrap up your Easter eggs and bunnies without giving the game away...

Have a great Easter holiday!
I am entering the SSS Wednesday challenge.

  1. C'est super joli, j'ai vu ça ce matin sur le blog du Craft Barn, avant de recevoir ce soir ta notification.... Un bien joli cadeau, frais et plein de délicatesse, avec ce joli prénom au point de croix.
Il a du être apprécié !

  2. Cute idea to put the cross stitch on the bag. I have been sewing a lot this winter and having fun with it. Still make lots of cards too though. Have a great day!!

  3. That's so sweet - such a pretty, fresh primrose colour and your cross-stitch lettering is lovely.
