Today I am showing a pretty, but NOT cute, Valentine's card to inspire you to enter our Country View Challenge, which I have the pleasure of hosting this month.
I used inks on my new round Mixed Media plate (a smaller Gelli type plate) to create the pink background. After inking the plate I removed colour with a Hearts embossing folder (Papermania) and a Fabric stencil (Dutch Doobadoo) both very old items in my stash...
I overstamped some butterflies ( Papermania Summer Blooms) in blue ink (also very old stamp set!).
The bouquet has been stamped and die-cut with the Papertrey Ink Larger Than Life sets.
The "Hi" tab is a die-cut from My Favorite Thing.
You still have plenty of time to enter our Country View Challenge, and, as long as your make is Anything BUT Cute, you will be in with a chance to win a £20 voucher to the Country View shop.
Thanks for coming by,
I am entering the Craft Stamper TIMI, Unikostudio, Rubbernecker, SSS Wednesday and The Artistic Stamper challenges.
