It might be cold today but at least the sun is out in force... Which is good news for bloggers who have to take photos in natural sunlight! I can't tell you how awkward was my last photo session in the gloomy daylight of a cloudy winter day!
Anyhoo...
For this First Anniversary card, I took inspiration from the occasion and created a card with a "Paper" theme.
I stamped the card blank with the Grunge (CC076) Create-A-Card from Impression Obsession and added stamped tissue paper on top. I used Crafty Individuals Vintage Adverts and IO CAC Newspaper - News-PAPER get it?! for that. Just in case that feeble clue escapes the recipient, I took the precaution to add a tab with the word Paper on it!
The focal point is this Paper Doll from Tim Holtz range and the golden die-cut is from the Mixed Media Thinlit by Tim Holtz/Sizzix.
Finally the heart has been die-cut with the Memory Box Triple Stitched Heart die.
The colour scheme is near enough monochromatic and maybe a bit drab, albeit perfectly Vintage, which as my readers know, is a favourite look of mine! Let me know what you think...

J'aime beaucoup le rendu final, ce n'est pas toujours facile de rester dans un quasi même coloris mais là c'est parfait et le doré ré-hausse de très belle façon l'ensemble, bref ça me plait!!!
