For this card I went quite CAS, if you excludes the splats! In the spotlight is a new (for me) Paper Artsy mini, which I'm glad to report are now available at Country View Crafts here, so you don't need to invest in a whole sheet to get your favourite image (to my bank manager's delight).
I simply stamped and masked the car and the street sign from the Paper Artsy mini 85 and overstamped with the chevron tape and postmark from the Airmail set (Papermania - All aboard collection) and some splats from the Messy art set (The Artistic Stamper).
