Lady in black

I know, I know, it's been quiet over here for the last 2 weeks... No particular reason just a host of things (of the boring variety) have kept me away from the crafting table. Normal service should resume in February but in the meantime I did manage a fairly quick Clean & Simple make with an old favourite stamp.

I used the Dancing girl image from  the large Art Nouveau silhouettes set from Flonzcraft, which I believe is also available as an individual stamp.
The sentiment is from the Rubber Dance set "Adore me" and I embossed it with Wow embossing White Twinkle.

To finish I punched the corners with a Martha Stewart punch. Ahhhh… feeling nostalgic now!!!

Let me know in your comments if you have some of Martha Stewart punches and if you still use them!
Thanks for coming by,
I am entering the  SSS WednesdayCraft Stamper, Lost Coast Designs, Stamping Sensations, Fashionable Stamping, Uniko Studio and The Artistic Stamper challenges.

  2. AS you can see they typings still iffy - numb fingers still, hit the keys, but often not the right ones.

  3. This look fantastic and definitely not quick and simple to me. Black shows up so well on blue

    Have a great day

  4. This is fab Christine, I love this sentiment! I don't think I've ever owned a Martha Stewart punch, but I did use a circle punch yesterday which was the first punch I've used in months. Have a great week xx

  8. Super card Christine. Love silhouettes. What a great sentiment although, personally, a bit of lippy is needed now and again! :) Nice to see you back. Hugs Flo xx

  11. A fabulous silhouette - I can see why it's an old favourite and I'm so happy for her that she got to come out and play again. The sentiment is perfect for her, and bluesy shading is gorgeous.
