Running out of puff

Many thanks for your kind comments on my first Humorous make for the Country View Challenge. Glad so many of you liked it!
Today I am showing a second inspiration make on the Be humorous theme, chosen by Monika. I had had a flash of inspiration for my first piece but sadly the muse deserted me and I resorted to my one and only humorous stamp for this card.

Going down the Pub

As promised a second project shown on the Crafty Individuals blog for my Guest Designer spot.

If you come often here you'll know I like creating scenes with stamps and Crafty Individuals have quite a few stamps that are perfect to build your own landscapes. Today's CAS card is using the CI-474 'The Village Inn and Church' .

What a hoot

This month for our Country View Challenge, Monika want us to Be Humorous... a theme I approached with trepidation I can tell you! And then I had a (rare) moment of inspiration and I came up with a play on words, witty if not laugh out loud.

Foiled

Foil is everywhere at the moment, having a revival it seems, in the craft world. Time to pull my foils out along with other older supplies and create something new.

Altered Drawer box

Hello crafters, I am back for a second inspiration piece for the Country View Challenge "Pimp It Up" hosted by Evelyn.

I have transformed a Papier mâché drawer box into a Vintage heirloom.

CUTplorations new release

Stamplorations posts have been rare on my blog this year, partly due to me being kept occupied by real life events and also because Stamplorations challenges and events have been scaled down to allow Shery, Stamplorations' boss, to have some sort of maternity break.

Normal service will resume in May but, in the meantime, I am here today to show you the  latest release of CUTplorations phrase dies and what I did with them.

     

Chicken or egg

Where did it start? That is the question... Well my characters don't look like spring chicks and they don't look like they were born yesterday but they've got to start somewhere! The idea for the design was planted by a combination of challenge themes.

Happy April's fool day and welcome to our Country View Challenge for this new month, hosted by Evelyn, who chose "Pimp It Up" as the theme. Whether you re-cycle something around the house or alter a shop bought item, make something fantastic out of something ordinary...

My first inspiration for you is a photo frame, shabby chic style with lots of Roses too!
